FlyLady would likely be horrified and impressed all at once I think for today I actually pulled out the refrigerator and the stove respectively (and respectfully) and cleaned the floor beneath.
Which may never have been done before. (I'm embarassed to admit that part but having done so feel as though it may have been strangely cathartic.)
